Please read these terms of service carefully before using the FreelancerIndia.in marketplace.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FreelancerIndia.in. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should not access or use the site or services.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

3. Platform Services

FreelancerIndia.in provides a platform for clients to post jobs and freelancers to apply for them. We are not a party to the contracts between clients and freelancers, and we are not an employer, partner, or joint venturer of either party.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FreelancerIndia.in and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Account Suspension and Removal

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FreelancerIndia.in, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
